Description
A vibrant print of the original painting THE DAWN OAK that was inspired by a solitary ancient oak next to the unfinished building Lyveden New Bield near Oundle Northamptonshire England. A National Trust Property that was owned by the family of one of the men involved in the Gunpowder plot. The family became bankrupt because of the sons actions and the building remained unfinished to the present day. I was Artist-in-Residence there in 2014.
Printed on high quality paper, this print is unframed and delivered in a sturdy tube. Size is just under 16 x 16 inches or 40 x 40cm.
