Description
Join me and my artist friend and artisan felter Eve Marshall for a relaxed 2 hour wet felted flower Workshop in Moorland Village Hall.
During the 2 hour workshop you will be able to create 2 flowers.
Learn how to layer colourful merino wool and silk fibres to create a large flower sculpture. Finish the piece with a wire and bead stamens.
The finished flower will be approximately 3-5 inches in diameter. It can sit in a vase for display or be worn as a brooch.
All materials will be supplied. Spaces may be reserved by booking here. Refreshments included.
Please bring a small hand towel. If you’d like you can bring an apron to protect your clothes from the soapy water, and rubber gloves (for touching hot water) but these are not mandatory.
Possible allergies: We will be using 100% wool and fairy liquid soap. If you are allergic to wool then this is not the class for you. If you are allergic to fairy liquid, please bring gloves.
