Our Returns Policy
We believe in great customer service and we aim to make you pleased that you have bought from us. Please contact us if you have any problems and we will try our best to sort them out as soon as we can.
We aim to send your goods out the next day but occasionally this may not be possible and we are always sorry! This can happen if for example Charron is away at an exhibition-she likes to check original paintings personally before they are packaged-its an artist thing! or if lots of people have suddenly ordered the same item and we are waiting new stock-we aim to email and let you know if this is the case. We just like to let you know whats happening if there is a delay-its got nothing to do with Charron being a control freak or a diva -honest!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order then unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us by email initially.
To return your product please contact us initially.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as sometimes items annoyingly do get lost in the post-for us as well as you!
There are always occasions when we change our mind-even the diva artist has occasionally been known to change her mind! If for any reason, you would like to return your artwork within 14 days from your delivery date, please get in touch by email:
All paintings are packaged with care. To help our lovely environment and to keep costs to a minimum we use quality recycled cardboard.. On arrival, please immediately check the parcel. If you can see any damage, please do not accept the package and it will be returned to us. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please retain all the original packaging as this is required for a successful claim and notify us immediately.
A refund will be processed on receipt of the artwork. You will have to arrange to return the artwork at your own cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit. We would then refund you minus shipping costs.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the paintings and products that appear on this site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
