Join me for a well-being and fun painting workshop day painting Flowers or Trees at Moorland Village Hall Somerset. This workshop runs from 10:30am-4pm and is suitable for beginners and experienced painters wanting to try something new or have a fun day creating art with others.I am an experienced artist who has been holding workshops for many years so you will have lots of guidance, demonstrations and tips throughout the day. Questions throughout are welcome.
During this workshop you will be able to create a painting of flowers/trees from acrylic paints, metal foils, metallics and sparkles. All materials will be provided so you can create a painting on a block canvas ready to hang on your wall. There will be an opportunity to use some paper collage if you wish.
The finished painting will be approximately 50 x 50 x2cm.
This workshop is as much about having a lovely day being creative with others in a relaxing workshop than it is about the painting you create. There are numerous mental health benefits from creating and these will be explained during the day so you can take this knowledge away and use it in other scenarios in your life.

All materials will be supplied including canvas, paints, brushes, metallics, sparkles, and collage paper. Spaces may be reserved by booking here. Tea, Coffee and soft drinks with cakes and biscuits included. Please bring your own lunch-there is space in the fridge for these.
Please also bring an apron to protect your clothes from acrylic paint or wear old clothes. This is not a messy workshop but accidents can happen.

This class needs a minimum of 5 participants. A full refund will be given if that number is not reached.
